Your privacy on the Internet is important to R. Witt & Company, LLC. As part of the operation of R. Witt & Company, certain pieces of information are gathered about R. Witt & Company subscribers. As discussed above, R. Witt & Company may, from time to time, obtain information about its subscribers from third party sources. In addition, R. Witt & Company may, from time to time, assist third parties in developing, implementing and monitoring advertising campaigns using data owned or supplied by the third party. Please be aware that this Privacy Policy does not cover the conduct or practices of these third party sources. However, R. Witt & Company will treat information that it receives from third party sources according to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
The Use of Cookies
As an important and necessary part of providing customizable and personalized services to its subscribers, R. Witt & Company uses cookies to store and sometimes track information about subscribers. Accordingly, when registering to become a R. Witt & Company Subscriber, the new subscriber must certify that they are not under the age of 18. R. Witt & Company relies on the truthfulness of this certification when accepting new subscribers. In the event that R. Witt & Company receives information that establishes that a subscriber is under the age of 18 years, R. Witt & Company reserves the right, which it will exercise, to terminate that subscriber's subscriber ship. R. Witt & Company will also delete all information in its databases about that terminated subscriber.

Use of Information/Confidentiality:
R. Witt & Company, its assigns or successors will not provide personally identifiable information of a R. Witt & Company Subscriber to third parties except as otherwise noted. Personally identifiable information means the subscriber's name, residence address, email address, social security number or other information from which the subscriber's identity may be reasonably ascertained. R. Witt & Company uses proprietary technologies to preserve the anonymity of subscribers while matching the subscriber's interests with targeted information sent via email.
This privacy policy applies to consumers that have signed up on R. Witt & Company, its assign or successors, authorized sources. We may use the personal information you supply to us and work with other third party businesses to bring selected value opportunities to our members via direct mail, email, and telemarketing. These businesses may include providers of direct marketing services and applications, including lookup and reference, data enhancement, suppression and validation and email marketing.
Due to the existing legal, regulatory and security environment, R. Witt & Company may be required, under certain circumstances, to disclose aggregate level and/or personally identifiable information about its subscribers. R. Witt & Company to contact that subscriber about product and service that R. Witt & Company deems of interest to its subscribers. R. Witt & Company undertakes substantial efforts to protect the confidentiality of the identity, preferences and other information it has collected about individual subscribers and will never knowingly allow access to this information to anyone outside R. Witt & Company other than to the subscriber or as described above. R. Witt & Company has made a substantial investment in its server, database, backup and firewall technologies to protect the information assets of the R. Witt & Company Network, including the confidentiality of information collected about R. Witt & Company Subscribers. You should also do your part in protecting your information. Your R. Witt & Company user name and password are confidential and we recommend that you not divulge them to anyone. Unfortunately, neither R. Witt & Company network nor data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect subscriber information, R. Witt & Company cannot ensure or warrant the security of subscriber information. Thus, any information a subscriber transmits to us is done so at the subscriber's own risk. The foregoing policy is effective as of December 2005. R. Witt & Company reserves the right to change this policy at any time. Please check this page periodically for changes.
