What it Costs

$700.00 12 Month Consulting Flat Rate*
(*general processing; additional fees are charged for severe marks associated with public records- judgments, bankruptcies, foreclosures, etc).

In accordance with federal regulation, RWC charges reasonable and affordable consulting rates for the service it performs.

Your initial consultation payment of $50.00 is due prior to the full review of your credit profile. Within the contracting stage a $700.00* flat rate is due, unless an amenable payment schedule has been arranged. Approximately every 90 -120 days thereafter you will receive an itemized update of your credit profile.

The amount of work will vary from time to time, and you will find that we often perform more work than the flat fee* covers (but never less work than that.) Of course, you will not be charged for the additional work. Your flat retainer fee is fixed at $700.00* and will never exceed that amount.

Note that we offer a Guarantee of service under which we will refund 50% of your fee if at least one (1) disputed item is not deleted to meet our high standards of success.

Methods of payment.

We accept payments by credit card or by automatic draft from your checking or savings account. The payment method you choose will be used to pay your initial consultation fee of $50.00 and if applicable, for all subsequent monthly payments as they become due.

No matter which method you choose, rest assured we will take all reasonable precautions to avoid posting unauthorized charges to your credit card or making unauthorized drafts on your bank account. Charges will be posted only on the dates as dictated by your billing cycle, and only in the amount approved by you.

Dishonored payments.

Should a payment be returned dishonored by your bank or credit card company, we will redraft the payment and add a $45.00 late fee. We will continue to draft your account during a 30-day period until payment is received. If your payment has not been received after 30 days your case will be suspended until payment arrangements can be made. Should you wish to change a scheduled payment we require that you notify us at least three business days prior to payment.

Why must payments be made by automatic draft or credit card?

Over the years we found that many client payments weren’t coming in on time or sometimes not at all. It became so expensive to collect our fees that we began considering significant price increases. The accountant decided, instead, to set up all the payments as electronic drafts or credit card drafts. In the final analysis, direct drafts succeeded in reducing late and missed payments and retainer prices did not increase.

What is an electronic transfer?

An electronic transfer works just like a bank debit card. You provide us authorization to withdraw a specific amount from your checking or savings account on a certain date each month. The draft will show on your bank statement just like a debit or ATM card draft.

What if I cannot afford you right now?

If you feel that you cannot afford our retainer fees at this time, we recommend you revisit the matter once you have successfully balanced your budget. Our services are designed to help those who have passed through credit problems in the past and who have inaccuracies on their credit reports.
